Mattisse {2012 Senior Sacramento}

As I blog this I look out my window at a rainy, cold day & I can't help but miss the beautiful evening I had when I got together with Mattisse to shoot her Senior photos! The evening was perfect, not to mention there was some amazzzzing light. Put those together with a gorgeous girl and you are all set! And with Mattisse, it's not hard to see that the camera loves this girl. And don't get me started on the hair! She has hair that will make even Tayor Swift and Disney princesses jealous! Mattisse you are one awesome gal and I can't wait to see what your future holds! :)

I initially blogged these next two in color, but after seeing them in B&W, I had to make the switch! Love!

Alexia {2012 Senior Dixon}

I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful March evening to take photos of the lovely Alexia.  I've known Alexia longer than I can even remember, so I'm feeling very old now seeing her graduating highschool!  I had a lot of fun photographing Alexia, she was up for anything!


I about died when I saw this amazing blossoming tree!



Love this one!  Alexia you're so pretty!




One of my favorites from the day... I'm thinking this should be on the cover of Alexia's CD if she ever needs to release one ;)



We also made some time to get shots of Alexia's family while we were at it!  Look at this fine lookin' bunch! :)

Cano Family {Davis Family Photoshoot}

The Canos are such a sweet family. So full of love for their family as well as anyone they meet. It's a joy to spend time with them and taking their photos was no exception. Really they are picture perfect... see for yourself! Had to get some shots of all the handsome guys. But of course we didn't forget the lovely ladies :) Little Sammy is getting so big! He will be running across the park before you know it! Look out Mom & Dad, I think you have yourselves a heart throb on your hands! Dolan you are getting so grown up! And sweet little Evelyn. She is completely adorable, everything a little girl should be. Last but not least - Sam! This cute guy sure knows how to put a smile on your face!
Every day when Rick comes home from work Evelyn runs and jumps into his arms.

Rick and Rhonda are something special. They have been married for quite a few years now but they are so in love you would think they were newlyweds. I love seeing them so in love.

Lily {Davis Newborn Photography}

Isn't that the truest thing? I had the privilege of capturing some newborn portraits of baby Lily with her family. Alicia and James drove down from Placerville and we spent an Saturday morning taking these sweet photos. Lily was a great little model, I forget how easy it can be to capture newborns because they don't move any where and most of the time they are just sleeping away! I hope when Lily's older she will be able to look back at these photos and see how much her family loves her, and how adorable and tiny she was! :)

Lily has an adorbale big brother named Jace who came along for the photoshoot of course! He had the biggest blue eyes and how can you not love that cute grin!? I loved seeing him give his baby sister kisses, melt my heart! :)
